Synopsis:

Being a stripper has its benefits.

Since starting exotic dancing, Aimee has seen her confidence and bank account grow. She dances two cities over in order to keep her night life separate from her pastor father and small town gossip. That is, until Jace strolls into her apartment with proof that she’s a stripper. She has a feeling the price for silence won’t be cheap, but she’s far more eager to pay it than anyone thought.

Review:

Another spicy hot short read with this one. It felt very laid back to begin with and then just led into a funny juxtaposition of Aimee boldly wanting to be taken but needing to stay shy in the process.

Aimee likes that she has a secret life no one knows about. For extra cash she has been stripping for a year. You can tell early on that what started out as a means to an end to get some extra money soon turned into a way to express her inner desires. To be the bad girl in secret but still appear innocent in the daylight – good thing too as she is the pastors daughter! Shame her little secret is about to be blown out of the water. But hey if it was going to be found out by someone there is no one better than her hot neighbour who she has been fantasising about for months/years.

Dylan walks in like the cat that caught the canary and I love that he doesn’t go straight in for some answers. He wants to slowly draw out this game of cat and mouse. He can see what she really is now and want she really wants/needs from him. He’s just mad he didn’t spot it sooner but now he has he is going to give it to her good.

You can see that they have had a relaxed friendship up until that moment. Probably one of the reasons Aimee doesn’t go back upstairs to get clothes on but stays in just her robe. Its like she wants to test the waters with being a bit naughty in the daylight but doesn’t show her true colours until Dylan pulls out his ace card – or in this case her thong she dropped at the club the night before.

Talk about rabbit caught in headlights, Dylan has her right where he wants her. His game is simple; he will stay quiet about her naughty side if she gives him something that he wants. She may be playing coy but she knows exactly what he wants and from her racing heart you can tell she wants him just as much. She likes that she has been caught, but more than that she likes that it was by Dylan.

When the game truly begins the chemistry can be seen a mile off. He wants to take control, and does to a point, but you can see a few moments when she is starting to top from the bottom. He has got her pulse racing and she doesn’t want to slow down and wait, but speed up until they crash over the edge together. Which they do, lets just say that a breakfast nook table can be used for more than just eating food on.

Definitely a spicy way to start a relationship and you can tell that this would be the start of something. Now Dylan has had his taste there is no way he is letting her go. Not sure how he will then feel about her dancing but then if he knows she is always going to come back to him at the end of a shift he can’t be too stressed, especially if he gets in some private lap dances. Quirky characters that I liked straight off and would like to see what they can get up to next.
